Age Requirement
ProfileStar was created for people who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use our site and your account will be terminated. Anybody believed to have provided a false birth date will also have their account terminated.

Personal Details
You should not give out personal details such as address, phone number/mobile number unless you are absolutely sure you trust the person you are telling. Remember, most areas of our site can be accessed by anyone. Do not disclose any information that could expose you to danger.

Published Information
You should exercise caution when deciding what personal information you wish to be publicly viewable. Anybody can download your pictures or videos from your profile. ProfileStar will not be held responsible for any misuse of your personal information, pictures or videos by another person.

Anything you post will be publicly available for anybody to see. Don't post something you don't want your family, friends or co-workers to see as you may not be able to remove it.

Some content and links on the Internet may contain adult content and may not be suitable for children. We encourage parents to join their children as they surf and explore the Internet.

Some users may post Internet website links in their area. Please be advised that ProfileStar is not responsible for the content on the websites associated with the links you may view.

Meeting Members Offline
You should exercise extreme caution when meeting up with people you have only ever met over the Internet. Remember, these people are strangers to you and may not be who they say they are.

Meetings should take place in a public place and you should take a friend or family member with you who is an adult. Remember to tell your friends and family where you are going and who you are going with. You should also take a mobile phone with you.

Meetings are unofficially arranged by other users. They are in no way endorsed by or affiliated with ProfileStar unless stated so by an administrator.

If you arrange to meet up with another Internet user, always tell a friend and if possible a family member where you are going. Always meet in a public place. Do not be afraid to walk away if you feel uncomfortable.

Phishing Scams
Don't be fooled by anybody who sends you a message trying to get your personal details such as username, password and bank details. We will never contact you asking you for your password. You should Contact Us immediately if you receive such messages.
